NFL FOOTBALL! KC Chiefs Pre-season game
Hunter is loving his job! The Giffords, Christensen's, and Nelson's got to go with us to see the Kansas Chiefs in action. Of course, the weather men said their would be only a 50% chance of rain, but that was proven wrong! Lynette, Alan and I ran through sheets of rain and got DRENCHED as we were patted down and our bags were searched at the gate. Even though, it was a fun experience :-). The Chiefs got 3 touchdowns in the first half--and a sack. We had a blast. GO CHIEFS! In the 4th quarter, Hunter was able to take me "back-stage" and meet the people he works with. YEAH!

YES--WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A BABY!!!
Yup!! So--we weren't pregnant last month--but we certainly are now!! The nausea is undeniable proof. We're just barely getting a start with the many months of prego time, but we're needing all the prayers we can get. Nope--I won't be able to continue on with my interstitial cystitis (IC) check-ups, but now we have another bundle of joy bakin' who will make his/her debut sometime late March or April. Yeah!

Fox Ridge BBQ
All the kiddos and nearby neighbor kids worked (every afternoon for a week) to learn the kung-fu-panda dance. They performed their routine in front of the Fox Ridge group. They really did a fantastic job. Plus--they LOVED putting on make-up!! :-)
Cody and Blakester looked forward to the karate-dance just as much as the gals!
TOO MUCH FUN!

Cody's first day of school!
This was a family event! The girls got up early to help Cody prepare for his first day of school. Hunter even had the day off! A very rare thing!
Letting go of my baby today. Letting someone else care for him--and keep him safe. I've never seen Cody so excited! Big sister, Mariah, helped wake Cody up--just to make sure he was on time for school. What a good friend. Cody ran up and down the porch steps--waiting for the bus to finally arrive. He was all giggles! We shared a few laughs before I let him ride away. Cody had to step into the harness and allow me to zip up the back. It's a ready-made seat belt! Then, after he had the harness fit over his shoulders--they click him into place on the bus.

Math Final--95%!!
Woohoo! I found out that I finished my math class with an A!! That feels soooo good, seeing that I spent over 140 hours on homework and studying! Thank you to all my family and friends who helped me through this course (with watching kiddos when necessary)--I owe you!! It felt good to get yet another math course out of the way:-). I have one more left--and I'm not sure when I'm going to take the class, but I really do like the online curriculum. I never had a fabulous math teacher--and I learned a TON online, so I'm stickin' with it. I'm focussed on completing my book this semester, however--so, until it's done, I'm holdin' off on more schooling. I'll keep you all posted :-).
