Amberson get-together
The Amberson girls: Terra, Rachel, Hannah, & Kristin--made our Logan, Utah visit so much FUN!! They live in a small Utah town called Millville. It was BEAUTIFUL! Mountains on every side--green, green, green!! It was like Minnesota with BIG encircling, snow-capped mountains all around. WOW!
Travis (brother) and Jules
I've had such a great time getting to know Travis. He's going to be leaving for a mission in Guatemala next month. He's such a stud---but then again, I'm baised--I think all my brothers are pretty darn awesome!! :-)

Hello Friends!
We love hearing from all of our friends and family members! Thanks for checkin' out our blog! Presently, Hunter is working for the Kansas Chiefs in Kansas Missouri--while attending summer school at Washburn Law School. He's workin' from morning to night--very long hours. But--he's loving his internships and is still enjoying his schooling. The kids and I have gone to visit family in Utah and AZ. We loved the drive through Colorado!! (We understand why Audrey and Garron love it there!) We will meet up with Hunter in July--in AZ. Until then, we are RVing with my mom and immediate siblings. The kids have enjoyed all kinds of activities: library canopy capers (story telling with live acting and puppets), swimming parks, RV swimming pool, family reunions, park time, etc. Since Hunter was gone from 7 am-9:30 pm each day, it's been good for the kiddos to get out and play hard away from Topeka. We won't be returning to Kansas until July 20th! Quite the vacation, eh?! I'm taking yet another math class this summer, but I've canceled my other classes for the fall. I'm lookin' to have peaceful "mommy-time" (at least as peaceful as possible :-)!!) Please let us know how your families are doing as well!! Jules
Provo Water Park
We spent nearly 5 hours playing in the Veteran's Water Park in Provo, UT. This little-kids play-land was just the thing Cody needed! The girls ran back and forth from the water slides. This was an absolute blast! Mom and I got to visit and tan for the majority of the time. Can't beat that!Water Fun!
Mariah, Amber, Cody, and Natalie have enjoyed the water nearly everyday this past week! They talked about swimming all the time over the long winter in Topeka--now they're enjoying the summer!
Dare Devil Cody
I was hoping to teach Cody how to swim this summer, but he has NO desire to listen to my instruction. He just wants to run (as fast as possible) into the pool--every chance he has. So--with safety in mind--I decided to just cover him with pool "safety items". Now, I don't worry about his crazy need for thrills!
Jeremy and Kendra
We were so excited to see my brother, Jeremy, and his wife, Kendra, in Provo, Utah. Kendra is just days from having her first baby!! We can't wait to see their perfect little boy! These two threw a great b-day party for me at their apartment on June 22. Kendra educated us on cloth diapers and cost-breaks for parents. Jeremy is attending BYU Law School and Kendra is a full-time nurse here in Provo. They are soooooo fun!! 
Lion House "girls day out"!!
Jamie Alston planned a "gal's lunch-time" for my mom and I! We were greeted by so many of our good friends: the Porters, the Heywoods, the Alstons, Poppy Moore, Emily Elsworth, etc. Good friends truly make my world go round!! We ate, gabbed, and laughed for 2 hours while Poppy Moore babysat the kids---YEAH!!! We then went to see the show "1856 the Musical"--it was FANTASTIC!! It's coming to Mesa, AZ--don't miss it! It just gets better and better!
